1. Eligibility:
- Candidates must have completed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution.
2. Registration:
- Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can register for the CMA Foundation course.
- Registration for the Foundation course is open throughout the year. However, there are specific examination cycles.
3. Syllabus:
- The CMA Foundation course consists of four papers.
- Paper 1: Fundamentals of Economics and Management
- Paper 2: Fundamentals of Accounting
- Paper 3: Fundamentals of Laws and Ethics
- Paper 4: Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics

4. Examination Pattern:
- The CMA Foundation examination is conducted twice a year, usually in June and December.
